Motor Breakdown Service

The Cover

The vehicle is covered for call out charges and up to 1 hour's labour charge, at the scene of your breakdown where your vehicle is rendered immobilised due to electrical or mechanical faults within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands and Scottish Islands.

Period of Cover

During the period of cover you are entitled to contact us once for breakdown assistance. Your agreement will then become cancelled with no refund of premium being allowable.

Summary of Cover

  • Up to 1 recovery or attendance within your agreement
  • Roadside assistance, including the 1 Hour’s labour
  • Recovery of your vehicle to the nearest garage, home or onward destination within a 25 mile radius
  • Wheel changes, (blow outs, punctures
  • Cover for the Insured Driver of the vehicle
  • UK based call centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

Terms and conditions and eligibility of cover

  • You must abide by the terms and conditions of this service agreement at all times.
  • Please note our recovery operators are unable to work on unattended vehicles.
  • The vehicle must be maintained at all times in a road worthy condition in accordance with the law and be regularly serviced in accordance with your manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Drive-365 (Motoring Solutions) Limited only covers the vehicle insured for the named drivers.
  • All claims and assistance is at the discretion of Drive-365 (Motoring Solutions) Limited
  • Any breakdown discovered or believed to be excluded from the service agreement will be charged to the agreement holder under current commercial rates before assistance is provided.

Cancellation Rights

In view of the nature of short period policies, there are no cancellation rights. You should therefore make sure that the cover provided meets your demands and needs before purchase as no refund will be given.

About the policy

This service agreement will suit the demands and needs of an individual wishing to cover themselves against unforeseen costs following the breakdown of a vehicle or other ‘event’ as described in the service agreement. Subject to terms, conditions and maximum specified claim limits.
